I have worked with him a long time (5+ years) and he knows a lot of my history/issues including the fact that I used to see a massage therapist quite regularly. Trouble is, it was always temporary relief. He spoke very highly about osteopathy and even more so about Urszula. “Urszula has provided excellent osteopathic care for my family for the past 3 years. She is a wealth of knowledge and consistently provides explanations on how and why the body reacts the way that it does, with great insight on how to take care of our bodies (stretches, lifestyle changes, changing one's mindset, etc). When I leave a session, I feel like I've learned so much more about my body and how to take care of it. She is incredibly genuine and caring which is evident with every conversation at each treatment. She takes the time to listen, think and respond. “I stumbled upon Elyse’s page while looking on how to deal with my post-op knee pain that just wouldn’t go away! I started to see her when my coaching season for snowboard cross began in January and continued to see her weekly for about a month, and then a little less frequently, bi-weekly come February. After my first treatment, I knew I found the right person to deal with the issues I was having. Elyse took the time to understand and find out all the problems I was having, and was even able to figure out some I didn’t even know we problems. “I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and told surgery was the way to go. I have diabetes and circulation issues so my Dr. did not recommend the surgery. I was in so much pain that daily routines were extremely challenging. I tried medication, other forms of therapies to try to alleviate the pain. Nothing and I mean nothing worked. I was in chronic pain all the time.
My wife had been receiving Osteopathic treatments from Elyse and one day she said "I have made you an appointment with Elyse and you are going." I was skeptical, didn't trust the process and yes I went with the idea it was a waste of time. I told Elyse how I felt and she nodded and said she would do her best.
After the first treatment , I felt she really didn't do anything, I was in the car on my way home and I looked at my wife and said I don't know what Elyse did but I feel better. It wasn't that I was pain free or anything like that I just felt something had moved.

“I was first introduced to Urszula when a work colleague recommended Osteopathic services for an issue I was having with my hip – what I thought was a sciatic issue. I explained my concerns and that I would just have this issue addressed and that would likely be the end of my Osteo experience. Obviously, I am writing this because this was NOT my last experience. I have seen several competent and helpful healthcare providers over my lifespan – each of which has helped me and addressed my immediate concerns.
